Following are the criteria for selection of Manager-Accounts in XYL, Agro Limited.
A. Candidate must be a postgraduate in commerce.
B. Candidate's age should be between 21 to 40 years as on January 1, 2021.
C. If a candidate does not fulfill Criterion A but has MBA with a specialization in Accounts and Finance, his/her case will be referred to the Board of Trustees, which may grant provisional permission to the candidate to appear in the interview.
