Following are the criteria for selection of Executive Trainees for a multi-national company ABC.
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
a) Diploma or Degree in Business Administration with more than 60% marks.
b) Be below 27 years of age as on September 30, 2022.
c) At least 2 years experience in Project Management.
However, if the candidate fulfills all the above criteria except the following:
d) to (a) but obtains 75% marks in the interview, his/her case is to be referred to the Director, Human Resources.
e) to (b), if the candidate fulfills (a) and (c) but his age is more than or slightly below the prescribed age by six months, his case is to be sent to the Recruitment In-charge for backup.
