Solution:

Here,

x ⊕ y = x^2 + 2y

∴ 4 ⊕( 3 ⊕ p) = 4 ⊕(9 + 2p) = 16 + 18 + 4p = 34 + 4p
Now, 34 + 4p = 50
⇒ 4p = 16
∴ p = 4
