p.a. by Rs 37.50, then the sum is:

Solution:

Let the principal = Rs x
Then,

37.5=(x×36/5×16/12×1/100)

-(x×56/5×9/12×1/100)

37.50 = 0.096x - 0.084x

37.50 = 0.012x

x=3,125
