Solution:

Let their original salaries be Rs 1,100, Rs 1,300 and Rs 1,500.
Then, Bhuwan’s decreased salary = Rs

1,100-35/100× 1,100

= Rs (1,100 - 385) = Rs 1,105
Rakesh’s decreased salary = Rs

1,500 -25/100× 1,500

Rs (1,500 - 375) = Rs 1,125
∴ New ratio = 715 : 1,105 : 1,125 = 143 : 221 : 225
