CP of 19 mangoes = SP of 16 mangoes.
CP of 19 mangoes = Rs 19
SP of 16 mangoes = Rs 19
SP of 19 mangoes

= 19 /16×19 =\Rs 22.56

Gain per cent

={SP-CP}/{CP}×100

={22.56-19}/19×100=18 3/4%
