Solution:

Cost price of 40 articles = Selling price of 25 articles
CP of 40 articles = Rs 40
SP of 25 articles = Rs 40
SP of 40 articles

= 40/25 ×40=64

Percentage of gain

={64-40}/40 ×100=60%
