Solution:

CP of 1 eraser

= 3/7

CP of 630 erasers =

3/7 ×630

= Rs 270
SP of 1 eraser =

7/3

SP of 630 erasers =

7/3× 630

= Rs 1,470
Profit per cent

={ SP -CP}/ {CP}× 100

={1470-270}/270 ×100=444 4/9%
