The positive integer is a two-digit number (01, 02 are not two-digit number) the positive integer b has ‘a’ digit and the positive integer ‘c’ has ‘b’ digits. The smallest possible value for c is:

$10^{9^9}$

$10^{ 10^{9-1}}$

Solution:

‘a’ is the smallest possible two digit number, i.e., 10.
Now, ‘b’ has ‘a’ number of digits.
So, the smallest possible value of ‘b’

= 10^{9-1}

Similarly, ‘c’ has ‘b’ number of digits.
Hence, the smallest possible value of ‘c’

= 10^{9-1}
