Solution:

Let the first number be x
The second number y
According to the statement,
35% of x = 2(75% of y)

35/100×x=2(75/100\of y)

{35x}/100=150/100y

35x=150y

x/y=150/35

x/y=30/7

x: y= 30 : 7
