Solution:

Let earning of Albert and Peter be Rs. 100 and Rs. 140 respectively, then
Earning of Michael

= 100/80 × \Rs. 100 = \Rs. 125

Difference of earnings of Peter and Michael = 140 – 125 = Rs. 15
Hence, required percentage

=15/125 × 100= 12%
