Solution:

Ratio of capitals of Amit, Sumeet and Suresh
= (2 × 3 + 1 × 9) : (3 × 4 + 2 × 8) : (4 × 12) = 15 : 28 : 48
Sum of the ratios = 15 + 28 + 48 = 91
∴ Total profit in the business =

91/48 × 3200
