Solution:

Let the radii of both the cones = r and 2r
Height of both the cones = 7 h and 10 h
Volume of the 1st cone =

1/3 π r^2 7h

Volume of the 2nd cone =

1/3 π (2r)^2 (10h)

Ratio =

{7/3 πr^2h}/{{40}/3 πr^2 h}

7/3 × 3/{40}

= 7 : 40
