Solution:

Perimeter of the rectangle = 364 meter
Breadth = 84 m.
Length = l
2(l + b) = 364
2(l + 84) = 364
2l + 168 = 364
2 l = 196
l = 98 m.
Radius = l + 7
= 98 + 7 = 105 m.
Circumferences of the circle = 2πr

2× {22}/7 × 105

= 660 m.
Cost of fencing = 660 × 8 = Rs 5,280
