In ΔABC, ∠A + ∠B = 145° and ∠C + 2 ∠B = 180°. State which one of the following relation is true.

Solution:

∠A +∠B+∠C = 180°
145° +

x^2

= 180°
x° = 180 −145
∠C = x° = 35°
Now ∠C+ 2∠B = 180°

35° + 2∠B = 180°
2∠B = 180 − 35°
∠B =

{145°}/2

∠B = 72.25°
Now
∠A +∠B+∠C = 180°
∠A + 35° + 72.25° = 180°
∠A = 72 − 25°
Both BC > AB
CA > AB
