Let Madan’s share of money = x
Gopal’s share of money

of x
Total money owned by both of them = Rs 1,210
According to statement

x+x/10=1210

{10x+x}/10=1210

{11x}/10=1210

Madan’s share

=x=12100/11=\Rs1100

Gopal’s share

=1/10\of1100=\Rs 110
