{(a+b)^2-(a-b)^2}/{a×b}

={(a^2+b^2+2ab)-(a^2+b^2-2ab)}/{a×b}

={4×a×b}/{a×b}=4

Here

∴{(0.078+0.871)^2-(0.078-0.871)^2}/{0.078×0.871}=4
