Solution:

CP of the watch = Rs 1,800
SP of the watch = PW of Rs 2,025 due 3 months hence,

={100×2025}/{100+(5×3/12)}=2000

Arvind’s gain = Rs 200
Gain per cent

=200/1800×100=11.11%
