Solution:

Total weight of 45 students = (45 × 98) kg = 4,410 kg
Total weight of 30 students = (30 × 89) kg = 2,670 kg
Weight of 15 students = (4,410 - 2,670) kg = 1,740 kg

=1740/15 \kg

= 116 kg
