Solution:

Average speed

={\Total \distance \covered}/{\Total \time}

={63+72}/3=135/3

= 45 km/hr
Let the original speed = x km
Average speed then original speed = x + 6
Now

{x+(x+6)}/2=45

2x+ 6 =90

⇒x=42

km/hour
