Solution:

Let sides of a rectangular field be 3x and 4x m respectively; then
3x × 4x = 7500

= 625
∴ x = 25
Since, sides are 3 × 25 = 75m and 4 × 25 = 100 m
Hence, perimeter = 2 (75 + 100) = 350 m
 Cost of fencing = 350 × Re.

= Rs. 87.50
