Solution:

{√5-1}/{√5+1}+{√5+1}/{√5-1}

=({√5-1})^2/{(√5)^2-(1)^2}+({√5+1})^2/{(√5)^2-(1)^2}

={5+1-2√5}/4+{5+1+2√5}/4=3

But

{√5-1}/{√5+1}+{√5+1}/{√5-1}=A+B√5

∴A=3\and B=0
