Solution:

m^4+1/m^4=119

(m^2)^2+1/(m^2)^2+2-2=119

(m^2+1/m^2)^2=121

m^2+1/m^2=11

Again adding and subtracting 2 we get:

m^2+1/m^2-2+2=11

(m-1/m)^2=9

m-1/m=√9=±3
