Solution:

(c) Let the salary of A and B are x and (2000 -x)
respectively. According to question
x - 95% of x = [(2000 - x - 85% of (2000 - x)]

x[1-95/100]=(2000-x)[1-85/100]

5x = (2000 - x) 15

20x = 30000

x= 1500
Hence, the salary of A is ₹1500
