Solution:

(25)^{? }= (5 ×5× 5× 5× 5× 5)^4 × (5 ×5)^6 + (5)^2

= (25× 25 ×25)^4 × (25)^6÷(25)^1

= (253)^4× (25)^6 + 25^1 = (25)^12 × (25)^6 + (25)^1

= (25)^{12+6-1} = (25)^17

∴ ? = 17
