As a Project Manager, you have a large team reporting to you, with two members working on a new technology for the first time. At the beginning of the project, you were concerned that the members wouldn't be able to contribute much due to the technical complexity of the project. However, you spent time and gave them the required training in order to help them perform. During your assessment, you find some areas that still require improvement. What should you do next ?

Discuss this with the Functional Manager and ask him to assign these resources to some other project as you have already spent enough effort on them
