OPSC 2019 Solved Paper

The 124 th Constitutional Amendment Bill was passed by Parliament in January 2019 to provide $10\%$ reservation in jobs and educational institutions to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of the society of the General category.
The Bill became 103rdConstitutional Amendment Act which amended Article 15 and Article 16 of the Constitution. The reservation of $10\%$ for 'economically weaker sections' in educational institutions and public employment will be in addition to the existing reservation quota.
