The Concurrent List enumerated in the Seventh Schedule is a list of 52 items given in the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India. There are currently 52 items on this list which includes Inter-State rivers, Trade Unions, Local Government, Contracts, Marriage, Education etc. However citizenship is a subject of the Union List.
