When A reacts with $‘\mathrm{C}’$
$\mathrm{C}\to {\mathrm{NH}}_3\left(\mathrm{gas}\right)$
When C reacts with conc. HCl it forms ${\mathrm{NH}}_4\mathrm{Cl}.\left(\mathrm{D}\right)$
$\mathrm{D}\to {\mathrm{NH}}_4\mathrm{Cl}.$
When ${\mathrm{NH}}_4\mathrm{Cl}$ is shaked well with water, it dissociates to form ${\mathrm{NH}}_4\mathrm{OH}$ AND HCl.
So E IS HCl
Hence incorrect is that C & E are chemically same.
