Solution:

Quadratic polynomial

\p(-2)=\k(\x+1)^2

\p(-2)=\k(-2+1)^2

=2

\k=2

\p(\x)=2(\x+1)^2

\p(2)=2(2+1)^2

=2×3×3

=18
