then ,the value of ∆ will be________.

Solution:

O → x
⬜ → y
∆ → z

x+x=10,2x=10

⇒x=5

x+2y=10,2y=5

⇒y=2.5

x×y-z×x=5

⇒5×2.5-5z=5

⇒{12.5-5}/5=z

⇒z=1.5

∴The value of Δ be 1.5.
