when

n(A)=6,n(B)=3

∑↙{i=1}↖{3}(-1)^{3-r}⋅^3C_r(r)^{6}=^{3}C_{1}-^3C_{2}(2)^6+^{3}C_{2}(3)^{6}

=3-3×64+729=732-192=540
