- 3 is shifted by 5 units up along Y-axis and 2 units to the right along the X - axis, then the equation of the resultant graph is

y = $x^2$ +2
y = $(x -2)^2$ +5

Since, y is shifted up along F-axis by 5 units and x is shifted along right by 2 units
∴ Put y = y - 5 and x = x - 2 in Eq. (i), we get
