In a class, six students $\mathit{P},\mathit{Q},\mathit{R},\mathit{S},\mathit{T}$ and $\mathit{U}$ are the top six rank holders, not necessarily in the same order. $\mathit{R}$ did not get the 4 th rank. P's rank is higher than $\mathit{U}$ 's and ${\mathit{R}}^{\prime }$ s but lower than Q's. Among these six rankers, there are four students whose ranks are lower than S's rank and five students whose ranks are above that of $\mathit{T}$. Who is ranked 5 th in the class?
