Solution:

3÷[(8-5)÷\{(4-2)÷(2+\;\;{8}/{13})\}]

=3÷[3÷\{2÷{34/13}\}]

=3÷[3÷2×\;\;{13}/{34}]

=3÷3×{17}/{13}

=\;\;{3×13}/{3×17}=13/17
