(b) Let two digit number = 10 x +y
ATQ,
x+y=14 ...(i)
x-y = 4 ...(ii)
From equation (i) & (ii), we get
y = 5
Now,x+y= 14
∴x = 14-5 = 9
Thus, required two-digit number

= 10 x+y= 10×9 + 5

= 90 + 5 = 95
