The fundamental particles present in the nucleus of an atom are Neutron and Proton. The atomic nucleus is the small, dense region counting of protons and neutrons at the centre of atom and it was discovered by Rutherford in 1909 . An atom consists of electron, proton and neutron. Electron is a negatively changed, proton is a positively changed and neutron has no change.
