'Habeus Corpus' is related to personal freedom. It is a type of writ (Literal meaning "produce the body") issued by the court to produce the person, who has been detained or arrested, before the Magistrate, within 24 hours of his arrest or detention. There are five types of writ (under Article 32 ) which have been enshrined in the Fundamental Rights of our Constitution. There are-Habeus Corpus, Quo Warranto, Mandamus, Certiorari and Prohibition.
