In a class of 45, where girls are twice that of boys, Ravi is ranked 11th from top. If there are 5 girls ahead of Ravi, how many boys are after him in Rank.

Validate

Solution:

∵ Girls = 2 × Boys
∴ Girls = 30
Boys = 15
No. of boys ahead from Ravi

= 10 – 5 = 5

No. of boys after Ravi

= 15- 5-1 = 9.
