Solution:

Selling price of a laser printer = ₹ 12,000
% loss

={CP-SP}/{CP}×100

20={CP-12000}/{CP}×100

=1/5={CP-12000}/{CP}

CP = 5 CP – 60,000
4 CP = 60,000
CP = 15,000.
