Solution:

Let, the speed of train B = x km/hr
Speed of A relative to B = (60 – x) km/hr
= (60 - x) ×

∴

{270}/({300-5x}/{18})

= 64.8
⇒ 270 × 18 = 64.8 (300 – 5x)
⇒ 4860 = 19440 – 324x
⇒ 324x = 19440 – 4860 = 14580
∴ x =

{14580}/{324}

= 45 kmph
Hence, speed of train B = 45 km/hr.
