Solution:

Since P + Q = 1519  P = 1519 – Q

{4P}/9

{13Q}/{25}

⇒ 100 P = 117 Q
⇒ 100(1519 – Q) = 117 Q
⇒ 151900 = 217 Q
⇒ Q =

{15190}/{217}

= 700
∴ P = 1519 – 700 = 819
Hence, P’s share = ₹ 819.
