It had been formulated with the clear mission to align itself with the‘Start-up India’ flagship initiative of the Government of India. It had provisioned to offer incentives in addition to the incentives provided by the Government of India. Therefore,Start-ups were allowed to self certify compliance with labour and environment laws as provisioned in ‘Start-up India Action Plan’.
