(D) Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have been jointlyranked first in the ease of doing business ranking issued by the World Bank and DIPP(Department of Industrial Policy& Promotion) in October 2016.The top five ranks in 2016 included Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, followed by Gujarat,Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh.
