(B) An eight-year-old Kashmiri girl, Tajamul Islam created history by grabbing a gold medal at the World Kickboxing Championship in the under-8 category, held in Andria, Italy.Islam is also the first kickboxer from the Kashmir valley to achieve this feat. In the final bout, Islam defeated her opponent from the USA, with 90 countries participating in the championships.
