(D) Where an offence under the Protection of Civil Rights Act,1955 has been committed with the consent of any director or manager, secretary or any other officer of the company,such director, manager,secretary or any other officer shall also be deemed to be guilty of that offence and shall be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly.
