(A) A person accused of committing an offence under this Act is not entitled to get anticipatory bail under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. If the person is above the age of 18 years and he is found guilty of having committed an offence under this Act, he cannot be released on the probation of good conduct or after admonition.
