(B) In 1950, Sarvodaya Plan came out which was drafted by Jai Prakash Narayan inspired by the Gandhian plan as well as the Sarvodaya Idea of Vinoba Bhave. Along with agriculture it emphasised on small and cotton industries as well. It also suggested the freedom from foreign technology and stressed upon land reforms and decentralized participatory planning.
