(D) Harda district, with population of about 5.7 lakhs, is Madhya Pradesh’s least populous district.The total geographical area of Harda district is 3,334 $\mathit{k}{\mathit{m}}^2$ and it is the fourth smallest district by area in the state. Population density of the district is 171 persons per $\mathit{k}{\mathit{m}}^2$. There are six sub-districts in the district.Among them, Harda is the most populous sub-district with population of about 1.5 lakhs,and Handiya is the least populous sub-district with population of about 72 thousand.
