(D) A Court of Session specified a Special Court to try the differences under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Act for the purpose of providing speedy trials in cases, time-bound trials and their decisions, and along with these, to ensure special protection to victims and provide them proper care to recover the adversities they faced.
